After this first step, we’ll take a short break to enjoy a glass of local wine paired with delicious regional finger food. Then it’s back to the pasta: you’ll learn how to roll it out with a traditional rolling pin and make, depending on the day, cappelletti, ravioli, tagliatelle, lasagneall following the techniques of Italian tradition. Once the work is done, we’ll set the table in the same room where we cooked and sit down together to enjoy the meal we have prepared with our own handsa true moment of conviviality and satisfaction!
