HOW IT

all started

Ever since I was a child, the kitchen in my home was the heart of every special occasion: I remember my mother and grandmothers making fresh pasta for the holidays or the traditional Sunday lunch. Egg pasta has always meant joy, togetherness, and happy moments around the table.

As I grew up, I felt the urge to learn those ancient techniques myself—to carry those memories and that magic with me, even beyond my family. So I began to nurture this passion, alongside other jobs, until I eventually turned it into my profession.
