pasta cooking experience

Our cooking experiences aren’t just simple lessons — they’re a journey into the most authentic Italian traditions. You’ll learn the art of handmade pasta the old-fashioned way, with passion and genuine ingredients.

We want you to experience the joy of an authentic, hands-on activity, made of small gestures that tell ancient stories. Together, we’ll prepare fresh pasta while sharing special moments. I’ll guide you step by step, revealing family secrets to create one of the most delicious lunches you’ve ever tasted.

To proceed with the booking, please select the number of participants and choose your preferred date and time from the calendar. The cost of the course is €80 per person: at the time of online booking, a payment of €57.50 is required, while the remaining €22.50 will be paid on-site on the day of the course.

how it works

We’ll welcome you to our beautiful country house, where you’ll find a space entirely dedicated to the cooking experience.

We’ll begin by discovering how to prepare the perfect dough for traditional egg pasta. After this first step, we’ll take a short break to enjoy a glass of local wine paired with delicious regional finger foods.

Then it’s back to the pasta! You’ll learn how to roll it out by hand with a wooden rolling pin and create — depending on the day — cappelletti, ravioli, tagliatelle, lasagna, all following traditional techniques.

Once we’ve finished cooking, we’ll set the table right in the same room and sit down together to enjoy the meal we’ve prepared with our own hands — a real moment of connection, joy, and satisfaction!
